Sometimes birthdays just POP UP ON ME!!! So, the other day I made up these tags that I just print on a 8.5″x11″ sheet of paper that already has a fun design on it. I cut it into strips and then cut a “V” in the end, punch a hole and tie it to a bag of cookies or sweet treats and I’m off to deliver a simple yet creative birthday treat!
I bag the cookies and tie the birthday tag around them and deliver warm cookies to the birthday boy or girl!
Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
1 cup BUTTER
1 cup WHITE SUGAR
1 Tbsp. Molasses
1/3 cup VANILLA PUDDING MIX or (small box)
1 Tbsp. VANILLA
2 1/4 – 2 1/2 cup FLOUR
1 tsp. BAKING SODA
2 cups MILK CHOCOLATE CHIPS
Scoop: large balls of dough on to cookie sheet with an ice cream scoop (like this) usually 12 per cookie sheet.
Bake: at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes. Two minutes prior to cookies being done, lift one side of the pan and drop (high enough that the cookies fall) then complete the cooking. Remove when sides are lightly browned. Place cookies onto a wire rack to cool completely. Put cookies into an air tight container if they last that long!!!
