Love Your Neighbor

Love Your Neighbor R6

Our Relief Society Activity Committee put together a type of “speed dating” activity called “Love Your Neighbor”. We set up long tables with chairs on each side of the table, we did this during the month of February so we had pink decorations.

You can make up what ever rules you want but this is how we did it…

To play the game… each person takes a seat across from another person at the tables. Player 1 will roll the die, if they get a 3 then Player 2 (who didn’t roll the die) will ask Player 1 (who rolled the die) a question from the group of questions under “Childhood” or “Section #3”. Continue this for 1 minute, the same people asking and answering as before, each time they are rolling and asking a new question. Then trade rolls. Person 1 asking questions and Person 2 rolling the die and answering questions.

After each person gets 1 minute to answer questions you can choose what you do to switch seats… it can be that only one side moves or you can move both sides in opposite directions. This allows each person to have a chance to get to know and “LOVE THEIR NEIGHBOR”.

I printed this paper and had copies for each set of 2 people to look at. We decorated heart cookie and sat and visited after we were finished.
